Training

Of course we need to cover skiing, and ski technique since this it is the most important part of Biathlon (Yes, I put it in front of shooting :) )

I am not just talking about nutrition; I share healthy, quick and easy recipes. Fueling well is essential. Not only for having enough energy for optimal performance, also for our every day health and well-being.
